Thrive Digital Tech Solutions – Client Terms & Conditions


1. Scope of Work

  • All services will be provided as mentioned in the final quotation/proposal.
  • Any additional work or new requests will be treated as add-on services with extra charges.

2. Payment Terms

  • Payments must be made in advance before the start of any service.
  • Monthly service payments (SEO, GMB maintenance, Ads management, Social Media, etc.) must be paid on or before the start date of every month.
  • No refunds will be provided once the work has started.

3. Turnaround Time

  • Project timelines depend on client responsiveness.
  • Delays in providing materials (content, images, login access, etc.) will delay delivery dates.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client must provide:

  • Business details, logos, brand colors, content
  • Required login credentials (Hosting, Domain, WordPress, Meta Business, Seller Account, GMB, etc.)
  • Verification documents if required (for GMB, Ads, Website compliance, etc.)

5. Content & Approvals

  • Thrive Digital Tech Solutions will share draft designs/content for approval.
  • The client must approve or request changes within 2–3 working days.
  • Once approved, no major changes will be made without extra charges.

6. Advertising Disclaimer (Meta & Google Ads)

  • Results (leads, clicks, conversions) depend on market conditions, budget, targeting, and competition.
  • Ads performance is not guaranteed; we only optimize and manage campaigns.
  • Ad Spend is paid directly by the client to Meta/Google.

7. SEO & GMB Disclaimer

  • Organic ranking takes time and depends on competition and algorithm updates.
  • No agency can guarantee “#1 ranking”, “overnight ranking”, or “fixed number of leads”.
  • Thrive ensures ethical, white-hat SEO practices only.

8. Maintenance Policy

  • Website maintenance is not included unless stated in the quotation.
  • After maintenance period ends, monthly charges will apply.

9. Data & Confidentiality

  • All client data (logins, business details, documents) will be kept confidential.
  • The client is responsible for sharing accurate, legal, and verified information.

10. Termination

  • Either party may terminate the contract with 7 days written notice.
  • Work delivered up to that date will not be refunded.

11. Ownership of Work

  • Final approved designs, websites, and creatives belong to the client after full payment.
  • Raw files (PSD, AI, Project Files) will be charged separately if requested.

12. Liability

  • Thrive Digital Tech Solutions is not responsible for:
    • Suspended or banned ad accounts
    • Rejected ads due to policy violations
    • GMB suspension due to Google verification or reviews
    • Website downtime caused by hosting/server issues


Thrive Digital Tech Solutions Academy – Student Terms & Conditions


1. Enrollment & Course Access

  • Students must pay the full course fee before attending classes.
  • Once enrolled, the fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Course recordings (if included) will be provided for a limited time only.

2. Class Timings & Attendance

  • Students must attend classes on time.
  • Missed classes will not be repeated individually.
  • Replacement classes are not guaranteed unless mentioned for specific programs.

3. Certification Policy

  • Certificate will be issued after completion of the course and submission of required assignments (if any).
  • Certificate will be issued in digital format only.

4. Course Content & Material

  • Study materials, templates, and resources provided are only for personal learning.
  • Students cannot resell, distribute, or commercially use the materials.

5. Live Project / Practical Work

  • Practical tasks will be assigned as part of learning.
  • Students are responsible for completing exercises to gain full benefit.

6. Refund & Transfer Policy

  • Course fees are non-refundable.
  • Students cannot transfer their seat to another person after course start.

7. Behaviour & Code of Conduct

  • Any abusive or disrespectful behavior in classes or groups will lead to removal.
  • No refund will be issued in such cases.

8. Technical Requirements

Students must have:

  • Proper internet connection
  • Laptop/PC
  • Access to required tools (WordPress, Canva, Google tools, etc.)

9. Recording & Privacy

  • Students are not allowed to record sessions without permission.
  • Thrive Digital Tech Solutions may record sessions for quality/training purposes.

10. Liability

  • Thrive Digital Tech Solutions is not responsible for:
    • Loss of data on personal devices
    • Internet issues during live classes
    • Incomplete learning due to non-attendance
