Course Enrollment
Enrollment is confirmed only after successful payment of the applicable course fee.
Students are responsible for providing accurate registration information and ensuring timely attendance. Course schedules may be updated due to operational requirements, and students will be notified accordingly.
Payments
All fees must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule.
For client projects, work will commence only after receiving the agreed advance payment.
Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or termination of services or course access.
Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Course fees and service payments are generally non-refundable once the course or project has commenced, except where required by law or specifically approved by Thrive Digital Tech Solutions.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate project requirements and information.
- Supply all required content, images, logos, and approvals on time.
- Review and approve deliverables within a reasonable timeframe.
- Ensure they own or have permission to use all materials provided to us.
Project delays caused by late submissions or approvals from the client may affect delivery timelines.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the final approved project deliverables become the client’s property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All source files, proprietary templates, internal frameworks, training materials, methodologies, and software licenses remain the intellectual property of Thrive Digital Tech Solutions unless explicitly transferred.
Digital Marketing Services
While we apply industry best practices, we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, sales, leads, or business outcomes, as these depend on factors beyond our control, including search engine algorithms, competition, market conditions, and advertising platforms.
Website Development
Clients are responsible for renewing domains, hosting, premium themes, plugins, third-party software licenses, and external subscriptions unless covered under a separate maintenance agreement.
Any additional features or changes requested after project approval may be treated as a separate chargeable request.
Training & Course Materials
All training materials, videos, presentations, assignments, templates, and digital resources are the intellectual property of Thrive Digital Tech Solutions.
Students may not copy, record, distribute, reproduce, sell, or share course materials without prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for service interruptions, policy changes, account suspensions, pricing changes, or technical issues caused by these third-party providers.
Termination

- Provides false or misleading information.
- Engages in abusive, illegal, or fraudulent activities.
- Fails to make agreed payments.
