Effective for all Digital Marketing, Website Design, SEO, Branding, and Advertising Services

No Refund Policy

At Thrive Digital Tech Solutions, all payments made for services are non-refundable.
Once the project has started, the client is not eligible for a refund under any circumstances.

Reason for No Refunds

  • Digital marketing, website design, SEO, and ad campaigns require resources, time, tools, and team effort.
  • Work begins immediately after the initial payment.
  • Strategy documents, research work, and setup processes are initiated instantly.

Advance Payment

  • All services must be paid in advance.
  • Monthly services (SEO, GMB, Ads Management, Social Media, etc.) must be paid before each month begins.
  • No partial refunds will be provided for unused days or incomplete monthly cycles.

Project Cancellation

If a client chooses to discontinue the service:

  • No refund will be issued for the current or previous payments.
  • Work completed until the cancellation date will not be reversed.

Effective for Digital Marketing, Website Design, Canva, and All Online Courses

Strict No Refund Policy

Fees paid for any course, workshop, or training program are non-refundable, regardless of:

  • Non-attendance
  • Change of mind
  • Personal issues
  • Technical issues (internet/power problems at student side)
  • Inability to continue the course for any reason

Why No Refunds?

  • Training slots are limited and reserved for registered students.
  • Course materials, tools, and resources are provided immediately upon enrollment.
  • Live teaching and preparation require time and planning.

Batch Transfer

  • After the course has started, students cannot transfer to another batch or another student.

Course Cancellation by Student

  • No refunds or credits will be issued.
  • Recordings may be provided (based on the course package).
